Over the last few weeks I've picked up some items that I've instantly fallen in love with. These five items have been incorporated into my life and daily routine. The first product I want to talk about is the Origins Hit Refresh Cooling Moisturizer with Hawaiian Mineral Water, this lotion is literally the most moisturizing lotion I've ever used, its the perfect formula because it isn't too thick or watery. The smell is quite unique, it reminds me of toothpaste haha! I can say that the smell doesn't last long but the moisture does. Overall it is a product I love and will be repurchasing it. The next product is one of the most recent pick ups, the Kiehl's Blue Herbal Cleanser Treatment. I just purchased this facial wash this past Friday and I've been using it twice a day, once in the morning and also before bed. This product is said to help clear acne blemishes, blackheads, and whiteheads, as well as preventing new acne. The formula is super soft and thick in my opinion. It isn't a soapy formula and doesn't require a lot of product to thoroughly clean my face. So far I cannot form a definite pinion on this product, I haven't seen any difference in my skin but I'm super excited to keep using and see if it works for me. This was a product that I did a lot of research on before purchasing, I found out that a lot of skin types found this product helpful and hoping to see some results for myself soon. Along with the facial cleanser from Kiehl's I also purchased a travel size toner, the Ultra Facial Toner for all skin types. I didn't research this product as it was a "in the moment buy" but I do enjoy using this toner. The last time I used a toner was in 2015 so I'm not too sure on what I should expect from it, I will continue to use it and see how it turns out. I obviously love skincare! My next product was a pick up from TJ Maxx, a facial serum with tea tree oil and vitamin e. Although I am head over heels about the body shop's oils of life I wanted to try a few other facial oils before I pay full retail price for it. So this most recent oil is thick and very much moisturizing, I am familiar with tea tree oil and have had some good and bad experiences with it. Although the tea tree oil is good for drying pimples and scaring it has also dried some area of my skin and cause it to become irritated. I'm hoping that the blend of tea tree oil and vitamin e oil can balance out the problems I had with it before, I'm not. ready to give up on tea tree oil just yet. Along side of these skincare products I recently brought a new candle, I'm not ashamed to say that I am one of many people in the world who have a candle obsession. I always find myself buying too many candles, but they are always one or two gems I find and this one is just that! this candle smells sooooooo good. I like to get opinions from others on the scent of a candle. I wasn't too sure about this candle and the 3 people I asked for their opinion on wasn't a fan of the smell at first. I left the store and ended up having to go back to get something else, I couldn't help myself and I brought the candle. Its now an obsession, the scent is pineapple chilli, it smells like other pineapple scented things but a little warmer. I think I seen two more of the same candles at TJ Maxx and will probably end up going to scoop those two up. These five products were expensive at all, in total everything was $55 give or take with taxes. I am super exited about my recent purchases and hope to find some things worth rebuying.
